Federation Run Morning Tea

On Tuesday March 24th our club will be providing morning tea for the participants of the 2020 Federation
Rally. This will be from 8.00am to 11.00am at our clubroom for an anticipated number of 90 to 95 vehicles
which equates to 150+ people. We will be serving scones with jam and cream, a selection of cake, and tea
and coffee. We would appreciate help to assist with the setting up of tables, preparing and serving food, and
clean up after the event. A minimum of 6 helpers required.
There will of course be an opportunity to chat with the run participants as well as view their vehicles.
