Wellington Strawberry Fete

Meet at the Clubrooms at 9 am for a 9.30 am start.
Drive to Wellington to take part in the Strawberry Fete activities as a static display.
Either B.Y.O. morning tea/lunch, or purchase from the available stalls on site.
You will need to bring your own chairs, tables, etc.
The Fete will be in progress from 10-2 pm, but participants will be able to leave whenever they wish.
The Strawberry Fete is organised by the Wellington Progress Association and features Strawberries and
Icecream, plus lots of feature stalls. There will also be live music throughout the day.
The Fete organisers have given assurance that the area we will be using will be sprayed for ANTS again this
year.
The Wellington Fete has a good reputation and we have been looked after very well in the past. Please fill in
the attendance sheet at the August or September General Meetings, or ring Lyn or Tom West (85 326908) to
