LERWIN VISIT-NOVEMBER 9th 2018
Our bi-annual visit to the Lerwin Nursing Home was held on Friday 9th November.
The weather was perfect for an outdoor display. Seven of our members attended with their vehicles-displaying them during the morning for the residents to admire and chat to their owners.
This was followed by a general gathering of staff, residents and car club members for a barbeque lunch.
Vehicle owners then gave a brief overview of their cars.
The Lerwin residents involved in viewing the cars were very appreciative of the vehicle display-one lady commented that it allowed her to “remember and relate to all the cars she had grown up with as a child and early life.”
Thanks to the following members who visited Lerwin on the day;
