- Please be at the clubrooms, ready to LEAVE BY 9:00 a.m., as we will not be allowed entry at the Show after 9:30 a.m., when the gates are closed to exhibitors.
- Members coming from the hills, etc., may meet us near the oval gates as has occurred in previous years.
- It is expected that vehicles will remain for the day, i.e., until 4:30 p.m. Anyone needing to leave early, under exceptional circumstances, will need to clear it with the exhibit’s organizer on the day.
- If you will be attending and wish to show your vehicle, please make sure you include your name/s on the Run Sheet at the General Meeting on 3rd October 2023.
- Our club has been allocated a limited number of tickets, so do not delay.
