Gumeracha Show & Shine & Swap Meet

It is proposed that our car club (ACCMB) participate in a run to the Gumeracha Sporting Oval to arrive and set up by 9.30am.
It would be anticipated that those participating in the ACCMB run would leave the Clubrooms at 8.00am SHARP.
Our club cars will be judged individually, along with the club overall display. Participant entry is $15.00 per vehicle and we would require no more than 20 cars to participate.
Funds raised from the Show & Shine and the Swap Meet go to the Lions Club and are donated to Camp Quality.
Entries close on 1st November 2019 ( ACCMB November 1st meeting night) The entry fee and a completed entry form are required to be handed to Graham Edwards prior to this date or at the meeting.
Should the run not proceed due to lack of numbers ( looks positive as at 4-9-19 ) any member who has paid money to Graham & Maureen with an entry form will be refunded.
