8 th Biennial TWIN BRIDGES RALLY — 2019.

The Twin Bridges Rally (TBR) has come and gone for another 2 years and hopefully not gone forever.
Hopefully some ACCMB members will see fit to volunteer, and form a Coordinating Committee to stage the 9 th Biennial TBR in 2021 so as not to lose this important social function along with it being the major fundraising event for the ACCMB.

With the uncertainty of the future of the Johnstone Park Community Complex, we can’t be guaranteed this home forever, and wherever we may be re-situated, you as club members can be assured of a large increase in the yearly rent we pay, so our finances need to continually grow in readiness for that change.

The TBR committee are very pleased that it has been judged another very successful Rally, and that the effort by all concerned was well worth it.
These events need club members’ support, and  volunteers for all sorts of chores throughout the course of the weekend, and thankfully many members saw fit to volunteer their services throughout the weekend.
Thanks were made during the weekend’s events, but some volunteers may not have heard or weren’t there at the time.
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
The TBR committee would like to say a HUGE BIG thank you again to all those people who cooked and supplied mornays, casseroles, biscuits, helped serve meals, washed dishes, set up and cleaned up, sold and folded raffle tickets, manned and sold drinks and food stalls, parking and group marshals, security at the Murray Bridge Golf Club, the supply and driving of the advertiser’s truck for 3 days, raffle prizes made and donated by the ladies from local and visiting clubs, photographers for the weekend, setting up of portable toilets and cool rooms, directing operations at the clubrooms on Sunday morning so that the TBR conveners could attend the Aussie Apricots function at
Mypolonga, etc.
To all our wonderful Sponsors, without you the success of the TBR would not be possible or as successful.
Not forgetting the Murray Bridge Lions & Mobilong Rotary Clubs, Aussie Apricots & Museum, Callington Hall committee, Monarto Zoo & the Murray Bridge Golf Club for their wonderful help Saturday & Sunday.

If we have missed anyone we all sincerely apologise.
Thanking you all,
TBR Coordinators and Committee,
Graham & Maureen Edwards, Roy & Elaine Bretag, Ricky & Neil Kaak.
