Murray Bridge Show

On a calm, sunny morning eight members of the Club presented their vehicles to the public at the Murray Bridge Showgrounds on Saturday 23rd Sept. My thanks go to all those members, especially for the help they gave me in the set up and in getting all details of their vehicle written up for the grand parade. Unfortunately the weather took a turn for the worse about mid-morning and this time (in Howard’s absence) rain stayed away, but the wind picked up to severe and this caused cancellation to a number of presentations, including the Grand Parade. We were all ready to go, but the majority of the other participants opted to cancel because of the conditions so it was called off about 45 minutes before starting time. I am sure all those attending from the Club enjoyed the day out and my thanks go once again to all who assisted in any way.
