Murray Bridge Show

All indications were for a reasonable weekend and the Saturday was certainly the best of the two days and it was fortunate that we had been allocated that day. Nine members and their vehicles attended and assembled in the normal place behind the Main Pavilion. The day turned out to be a little warmer than expected so most spent the time lounging in their chairs in the shade of the main pavilion, but still within sight of the display.

Our teardrop banners were used again and this pointed our position out very clearly to all and sundry. A regular flow of onlookers checked us out during the day and even more had a better view, as all those attending (with their vehicles) took part in the Grand Parade around the main Oval. It would have been good to see a few more members attending this function as it is a great opportunity for exposure for the Club. Maybe next year will see that happen. All in all a good day was had by all. My thanks go to Lyn Hunter for her assisting with the day etc., as I was unable to attend at the last minute.
