Pinnaroo Campout

Further to the discussions that occurred at and since the last general meeting, the Pinnaroo Campout will no longer be held at Pinnaroo and as a consequence, has been re-named “THE CONROD WEEKEND”, to reflect the trophy that the four participating clubs compete for. It will follow a similar format to previous years and will be hosted this year by the Riverland Vintage and Classic Car Club.

Saturday 24th. April

Meet at RVCCC clubrooms ……………………………..1.00 pm

1.30 > 3.00      Afternoon tour of Riverland……RVCCC to organise

3.00 > 4.00      Afternoon tea at RVCCC clubrooms

 6.30 pm           BBQ tea … RVCCC to supply. ( Traditionally all members supplied their own meat and salads. We are happy to supply the meal to save time and issues with COVID )

7.30 pm           light entertainment

Sunday 25th

8.30 am           Meet at RVCCC clubrooms

8.30 > 9.00      RVCCC marshalls to organise show and shine. Cars to park face to kerb

9.30 > 10.00    Anzac Memorial Service in front of clubrooms.. ( RSL Barmera to organise) Members who have medals or Military dress are encouraged to wear for the morning.

10.00 > 10.30  Morning Tea

10.30 > 12.30  Conrod trophy events

1.00     Presentations and Close

Those wishing to stay are welcome to use the BBQ and club facilities.

 Other points of interest

• A fee of $15 / head will apply to all attendees. This will cover all food for the weekend except Sunday lunch.
• RVCCC will need numbers attending by the 22nd April to allow for catering
• Clubrooms are at 15 Shueard Road. Cobdogla. (War Memorial hall)
• Accommodation is available at Cobdogla Caravan Park. Barmera Caravan Park. Barmera Hotel /Motel. and Lakefront Motel Barmera.
